Sterile Filtration Filters for Liquids and APIs

PES Membrane Filters: Perfect for sterilizing liquids and APIs by removing microorganisms. Our high-quality PES membrane filters provide absolute sterilization down to 0.2 µm (bèta 5000). Each filter is integrity tested and comes with a Certificate of Quality (CoQ). They are fully USP VI validated and can be steam-sterilized and autoclaved for multiple production cycles. For applications where contact with the product is not permitted or for single-use scenarios, we also offer these filters in a capsule form.
Filter Modules for Impurity Removal in APIs: These depth filtration modules are excellent for removing solid particles, metals, and solvent residues from APIs. They are also highly effective for blood plasma applications, providing fractionation of blood plasma and working well with other separation techniques to achieve the desired purity and separation of protein components.
Sterile Filtration Filters for Gases

PTFE Membrane Filters: Ideal for sterilizing gases, these filters use hydrophobic PTFE to effectively remove microorganisms. Our PTFE membrane filters offer absolute sterilization down to 0.2 µm (bèta 5000) and are integrity tested with accompanying CoQ. They are USP VI validated and can be steam-sterilized and autoclaved. For scenarios where product contact is undesirable or for single-use needs, we also offer these filters in capsule form.
Porous Sintered Metal for Nanobubbles
