Description
The Borso Comp Cartridge is designed for particle removal from gases, liquids and steam. Its isostatically pressed, sintered stainless steel filter cylinder has a porosity of more than 50%. This provides high dirt holding capacity and good flow rates at low differential pressure.
The cartridge is available with 1, 5 or 25 µm particle retention ratings. The filter medium is made of stainless steel 1.4404, and the end caps are made of stainless steel 1.4301. It operates at temperatures from −20 °C to 210 °C and has a maximum differential pressure of 5 bar.
The Borso Comp Cartridge can be regenerated in an ultrasonic bath and is available in 13 sizes. Applications listed in the datasheet include aseptic packing, pharmaceuticals, fermentation, dairy, breweries, food and beverages, chemicals, plastics and electronics.
