PES disposable vacuum filter units (bottle-top filters) are designed for sterile filtration of cell culture media, buffers and biological solutions. The asymmetric polyethersulfone (PES) membrane provides high flow rates and low protein binding, making it ideal for laboratory filtration applications. These pre-sterilized filtration units are compatible with vacuum pumps or aspirators and are available in volumes from 150 ml to 1000 ml for efficient sterile filtration.
